Riya Jordan and her friends are excited about their trip to Brazil for a wildlife and forest organization before heading off to college. However, things take a turn for the worst when bodies are found mangled among their campgrounds left by two predatorial stalkers. They are forced to run and find safety, but end up helpless on a battered bridge.
While on this bridge, not only are they preyed upon by these beasts, but other deathly mishaps occur
on… THE BRIDGE.
You flash back on the lives of all the characters in the story. That flash back shows you that most tragedy comes full circle in one way or another. It makes you think about your own life and if you’re are a survivor of one king or another, I am a survivor of cancer and near death experience. My childhood wasn’t the greatest, but it was heaven compared to theses kids.
I never want to have to survive the fear these people went through. Very well written and covered most emotions, this author is a new author to me. I would love to see what her novels are like after this short story.
