When her path crosses with Alec McLean, the sexy stranger with whom she once shared a steamy nightclub kiss, things take an unexpected turn. ***Amber – #NerdGirlAmbz’s   Review***

This story follows Carissa. A woman hell bent on bringing her fathers killer to justice. Although in doing so she discovers it’s not as easy as she thought. I mean how could bringing down the mob be easy? She meets Alec while his younger brother is dancing with her friends. Instant attraction and steamy chemistry. That is until the gun fire. Lol With so much crime, danger, twists, turns, and perplexing surprises this book will leave you yearning for more!

This story was fast paced and for the most part flowed extremely well. There were some parts I believed to be a little rushed and think the author could have put a little more time into it. However over all it was an incredibly fun filled, action packed, steamy storyline. I LOVED the chemistry and raw attraction between Carissa and Alec. Those chapters were written superbly! The complex dynamic of their relationship makes this book that much better and of course steamy!

I would definitely recommend this book! I can’t wait to read more.
