***Shelly – #NerdGirlXrayer’s  Review***
A boy and his family that is part of group that travel around to where there is work. The work, travel and environment are not an easy one. There is danger around every bend. When he see a beautiful girl it cause his heart to beat a little faster. As circumstances arise he becomes her protector. She becomes his companion and helps him learn.

This story was intriguing. It pulls you in from the first page. You can feel the danger and mystery of the unknown. There are parts of the story that help you see somewhat of the future but still keep you shrouded in darkness. You will meet characters that make you feel comfortable and others that you can sense the danger in. In each and every chapter Mr. Graff does a phenomenal job of making you feel each and every characters feelings. You feel like you are right besides them.

The storytelling creates a weave of a vivid tale that makes you feel like you are in that setting. You can feel the danger, see the fright, and smell the musk of the damp dungeon. If you like a story that makes you feel like you were dropped right into the middle of the scene then this is a read for you.
