When Bailey’s boyfriend breaks up with her on the last day of the school year she is heartbroken. When her ex boyfriend starts dating her best friend a few weeks later, she is gutted and the last thing she expects is for the schools most notorious bad boy to offer to help her get revenge.
But when Ryder Jones comes knocking and gives her the option she has to decide whether it is worth it or not. After spending too much time moping around, Bailey realises Ryder is right. She needs to show her ex boyfriend and ex best friend that she doesn’t need them.
And Ryder Jones is the perfect guy to help her…
I loved this story so much. I read it in one day because I didn’t want to stop. There were so many twists and turns and unexpected moments that I did not see coming that made it much more enjoyable to read. There were moments when you want to shake Bailey because it’s obvious they have feelings for each other but she’s unsure of things because they are still “fake dating.” The romance feels genuine, and the characters act like typical teenagers who go through typical teenage issues. I can’t wait for the next in the series and am really looking forward to more.
