Synopsis

Welcome to Nocturne Falls, the town that celebrates Halloween 365 days a year.

Jayne Frost is a lot of things. Winter elf, Jack Frost’s daughter, Santa Claus’s niece, heir to the Winter Throne and now…private investigator. Sort of.

When she buys a sealed box at an estate sale and cat-related circumstances cause that box to be opened, life in Nocturne Falls starts to go haywire. Jayne has no choice but to figure out what she unleashed and how to recapture it.

But Jayne suspects the woman behind the box is hiding something. Something that could cause a town resident serious trouble. Or worse, to lose their life.

With the help of her two favorite guys, a sexy vampire and a hot summer elf, and a few new friends, Jayne tackles what feels like an impossible mission. And winds up almost iced herself.

***Gladys, #NerdGirlOfficial Review***
What can I say that hasn’t already been said in my previous reviews? Kristen Painter has created a world that so many people want to live in. A world where Halloween exists every day, and supernatural beings live among us. Hands up if you agree!!!

Miss Frost Ices The Imp is the second book in the Nocturne Falls spin-off series, and it captures the beauty of the world completely!! Jayne is not only a private detective but the Heir to The Winter Throne, Jack Frost’s daughter and Santa Clauses niece.

In this installment, she unwittingly purchases a dangerous box from an estate sale that is opened by a cat accident of all things!! Her world and the town spins into chaos. Can she put it back together again with her enticing summer elf and her beautiful vampire? I know, but you need to as well. Grab this book! Although I do recommend reading the spin-off in order and maybe read the first series first. Vital knowledge depends on it!!

5 Stars and a tip of my Nerd Girl hat!! I can not stop singing Kristen Painter’s praises.
