I’m getting married in seven days, so my bridesmaids throw me a party.
Little do I know, they’ve planned a surprise for me.
That surprise is trouble with a capital T.
His name? Kieran Mahoney.
He’s a rough, tattooed hunk charged with one mission: to give me the wildest night of my life.
But I don’t like bad boys and I don’t have a wild side.
I just want to get married, buy a house, have some kids and save for retirement.
What’s wrong with that?
But Kieran has other ideas. Ideas that involve skinny-dipping, risky poker games, lying to my fiancé and playing hooky from work.
He’s cocky, irresponsible and dangerous. Everything I’m not.
There’s amazing chemistry between us, I’ll give him that…But I’m a good girl, who’s about to marry a good man.
I don’t have time for a damaged bad boy and his dirty tricks…

***Destiny – #NerdGirlDezzy’s  Review***

Jackie Wang has delivered yet another amazing novel. Fugitive isn’t your average love story. It doesn’t start out with “love at first sight”. There is no sexy millionaire or virgin college girl who falls for said sexy millionaire after one encounter. There is Rachelle, who is engaged and happy with her life. Then there’s Kieran, a broke and broken ex-con looking to make some fast cash. So, Kieran takes up the offer from Rachelle’s bestfriend to escort Rachelle around town for one last wild night of being single. They never expected to see each other after that. But…. Rachelle finds herself being taken away from her picture perfect wedding before it even starts by Kieran. She has to find a way to escape her kidnapper, but instead of running for help, she finds herself running beside Kieran, helping him make his getaway. Like I said, not your average love story. I loved every plot twist, every hardship the characters had, every event that played out, and I absolutely loved the ending. I was blown away by this amazing novel. I can’t wait to see what is next for Northbridge!
