Synopsis

Dean Goldsmith is Indiana University’s star quarterback, and his dreams are about to come true. His undefeated season means he has a legitimate shot at the NFL. If he stays focused. Football comes first.

College senior, Grace Yeates, is determined to defy the odds. She is months away from graduating with a business degree, something no one thought she would be able to pull off. All she has to do is focus on her number one priority. Family comes first.

Distraction.
Dean has no time for distractions, but when a gorgeous, snarky, redheaded waitress refuses to tell him her name, he can’t seem to focus on anything else.

Grace knows she can’t let herself get caught up in a guy, particularly a man-whore like Dean, no matter how charming or sexy. She has two hearts to look out for now and no room for a Dean-sized distraction.

Complications.
Everyone in Dean’s life agrees that Grace is the kind of complication his career doesn’t need. Grace knows that Dean is the kind of risk her heart shouldn’t want.

But what if the last person you think you need, the one you shouldn’t want, becomes the one you can’t live without? Can their biggest distraction actually be the focus they were missing all along?

***Stephenee- #NerdGirlSteph’s  Review***
Until Now is a standalone sequel in author Laura Ward’s Not Yet series, and this is probably one of the very few instances that I can think of where reading book one isn’t necessary or that impacts the enjoyment of book 2. I love Ward’s style of writing and the way that the reader can see that each word comes straight from her heart. You become a part of the book, a part of the characters lives and each event that happens, whether happy, sad, heart breaking or joyous and you can feel the writer’s emotions as well as the character’s. You will laugh, cry, yell, scream, and at times you will want to re-write the story and get rid of the “bad” stuff. It is an emotional rollercoaster so buckle up!

The main character’s are Dean and Grace, but it is Grace’s son, Finn that steals the readers hearts right from the start. “Just Finn” becomes your favorite and you want him to have his happy ending, his family, his perfect childhood. The conversations that Finn has seems real, genuine and fun – it is like the author channeled her inner toddler and brought it to life through Finn.

Grace isn’t one to let anyone in and only depends on herself for everything. She is reluctant to let Dean know her name, let alone her inner most secrets. Dean is a playboy who loves women, and doesn’t do commitment…until one now….I LOVE when the reader can connect with the title of the story and it has that instant click for them! Can the two of them work things out and make this opposites attract love work?!?

If you haven’t read anything by Author Laura Ward, you are missing out!! She is a must read! She will instantly become one of your favorites and she will become one fast! Make sure you add this one to your TBR list and move it to the top of the list quick!! This is an amazing book that will leave you grinning and instantly wanting to re-read it to miss the things that you zoomed through the first time. Get ready for an amazing adventure and some finger cramps as you frantically turn the pages of this one!
