The following is a true story; love and heartache in high school, the feelings of anger, curiosity through the years, and finally a reuniting.
At forty-nine, I’ve suffered a wide variety of ups and downs, emotional highs and lows. I thought I’d experienced every feeling imaginable. What Debbie and I shared in the short seven months God allowed us together were beyond my wildest dreams. We were about to get an education in how deeply two people can love.

Join Debbie and I, by getting a copy today, as we reconcile the pain and hurt from the past and embark on the love we both so desperately sought through the years.

***Shelley C – #NerdGirlRed’s  Review***
I knew this book was going to be sad and let me say, oh my gosh, the first chapter had me sobbing. I absolutely love, LOVE, how the author wrote this story, starting with the saddest part of his one true love’s passing. Then he traveled back and told the story of their love, the great times, the not so great times, everything from high school through divorces, and finally the devastating end of it all. As he took me through his high school experiences, while a decade or more than when I went through high school, it was such a familiar experience. Every part of this book is relatable, whether or not a person has been forced to deal with cancer. I spent from chapter 2 to almost the end smiling, laughing, shaking my head at the silliness of teen love and how fragile the emotions can be. I was euphoric when they found their way back together, even knowing it would not last, it was beautiful. I was left with a profound sense of hope, faith, and renewed attitude to remember to enjoy life and love as it comes to me. I was very happy to hear one of the girls’ thoughts that she included. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good romance or a tear jerker.
On a personal note, Mr. Dawson, thank you for sharing your story. It has touched my heart but also my soul. Through stories such as yours, I find more of my faith and belief in the afterlife.
