***Stephanie – #NerdGirlLuna’s Review***
Summer’s Road was not the book for me this time. The story didn’t draw me in and neither did the characters. I didn’t feel the connection that I normally do when I read a book. This was not by fault with the writing, because the author did a very good job and is indeed talented. I just couldn’t find that connection and I felt kind of depressed while being inside of Summer’s head. I did not connect to the story until the last 2 chapter when the author managed to pull hard on my own heart strings. But that is not enough when the majority of the story didn’t have that pull for me. While I may not have enjoyed this book I would definitely pick up another of the authors books based on talent alone.
