Title: The Lamentations of Ruth (Cain and Abel #3)
Author: Magus Tor
Published Date: January 5th 2016
***THIS BOOK WAS PROVIDED TO NERD GIRL IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW***
WEREWOLF: The first of her kind . . . and a pirate on the high seas.
SMOKE DRAGON: Just because she’s a myth doesn’t mean she’s not real.
VAMPIRES: Cain and Abel, once brothers, now mortal enemies.
As I stated in my reviews for the previous books these stories take the idea of Cain and Abel being vampires but add in a new twist to the mythos. This installment focus’s very strongly (as the name would suggest) with Ruth and her struggles and story.
There is certainly a lot of information to try and digest and still more story to come based on the ending but I am enjoying this most unusual journey and very intrigued to see where this story goes next.
4 stars from me!
