This review is for A Door to Midnight By Renee George. I am a long time fan of Renee George and her many shifter series. Her writing is creative and fresh. This story is no different. I am sure that the other stories in this anthology are just as delicious!!
This book is an extention of her Midnight Shifter Series and I totally love that world. Benie is a ROCK STAR!!
In this story, Renee took one of my favorite fairy tales and wove her own magic into the fabric to give new life to the tapestry that is “The Beauty and the Beast”. Emily has to go to the casino owners home to make amends and repay a debt for her father. For 3 months she must live with the rich recluse and work off his debt.
What she didn’t know was Marcus’ secret. He was or rather is a magical creature from the other world. A keeper of sorts. You shall see, if you read it. Don’t hesitate either, but if you haven’t read The Midnight Shifter Series first I highly recommend it!! They are shiftabulous!!!
I would give Renee George all the stars in the sky if I could and the moon!! Le yum!!!
