***Kristin, #NerdGirlSoldier Review***

I enjoyed reading this book. I loved the story line and the plot, as well as how well the characters were developed. The story flows nicely and it gives you answers to questions that you come up with along the way.

I found it very interesting that the main male character, Noah, leads a double life and that he cannot tell his best friend Raven until it gets to the point that she is in danger. He’s not your normal male character; he’s not some rich billionaire that takes over companies, but rather a photographer who would rather spend time with with a camera. Noah has secrets that he has to tell Raven, and one of them is an incredible bomb shell for her.

Raven is a wonderful female character. She’s a strong woman who knows what she wants and owns her own business. Raven has always been able to count on Noah, but could she count on him for more than just a friendship? I enjoyed watching her grow and change throughout the book as well as learn to love.

My only issue is that I really didn’t understand some of the story about why Noah kept his past a secret. I think that a little more background about the people he was hiding from would have helped me understand better. Overall though, I would recommend anyone picking up this book. It does not have a cliffhanger and has an ending that you’ll really love.
