On the surface, Lori B. Duff seems to have one of those charmed lives. She has a long term marriage, two perfect children, a great job, and a successful life as a writer. She’s made all the right decisions and choices. So why is it that she finds herself wrestling armadillos; with eyeball stitches; fretting about what wine pairs best with crunchy Cheetos; unable to find a single acceptable pair of shorts in a store; or dealing with her husband’s multitude of injuries and illnesses while choking back a gag? This hilarious collection of autobiographical essays is the perfect follow up to Lori’s debut hit book “Mismatched Shoes & Upside Down Pizza.” You’ll find yourself laughing out loud and nodding in agreement. Read this funny memoir, howl with laughter, and meet your new best friend.

***Shelley – #NerdGirlRed’s  Review***
This book had me laughing, like full on belly laughter. I snorted, cried, and made my family listen as I read them a few of the stories in this book because I needed to share them with someone. I wasn’t sure if I would like this book at the beginning simply because I read Mrs. Duff’s author bio and thought there was no way I could relate to anything she may experience. I was wrong and I am grateful I got the opportunity to read and get a glimpse into her life. It just shows that most of us can relate to each other in some way. I recommend this book to everyone, it will brighten your day, make you realize you aren’t the only one who thinks like you do, and maybe just give you a new way to look at life.
