Jack Landon’s bittersweet caress still lingers on Abigail’s lips.
He haunts her dreams and blinds her to reality.
She now finds herself at a crossroads.
One road could lead to safety.
The other to uncertainty and heartbreak.
Life could be easy, as easy as breathing.
But we all know that love should leave you breathless.

***Gladys #NerdGirlOfficial, #XoXoTheNerdGirl Review***
The Devil’s Kiss is the third and final book in the fantastic romantic erotic mystery written by the uber talented Rue Volley! She has shaped and molded each one of her characters to dance to their own drum BUT was able to intermingle them to a timed masterpiece.
Reminder for anyone reading this review: Read all the books in order!! The Devil’s Gate, The Devil’s Fire and now the end (sobs) The Devil’s Kiss!!! Now what to say that hasn’t already been said!! Rue Volley knows how to tell a story, and add twists that you just don’t see coming. They smack you in the head like a wayward tree branch. Just can’t get the sting to leave you, even a few days after! And the SCARS!! She leaves them permanently in your brain!!! Why!!!??
Well because she wants you to dance with her. Rue wants you to be romantically evolved with her characters just as much as she was while writing the books!! I have experienced the journey that Abi has made with her along the way. Each Ohhhh and Ahhhh I felt! Each tear she shed I felt. Each pain and stab in the heart I felt. If that’s not the making of an extrodinary work of art I can’t tell you what is!! Her transitions are seamless and each scene is better then the last. These books are not just erotica, it’s a road to self-actualization. It’s not about Jack or loving Jack. It’s not about loving Abi either. Even though you fall in love with them in the process. It’s about finding you within the pages!!! Yes the book is hot to death but you die and are reborn again within them too!!!
Don’t be sad that it’s the end, like myself you can start the books from the beginning and find little answers to those questions lingering in the beginning of the books. Messages are intertwined!! Remember A book isn’t just a BOOK, it’s a reminder that you have emotions inside you ready to break free!! Rue had me on a roller coaster ride with this trilogy!!! I hope you hop on the same ride with me. I tip my Nerd Girl hat to you Rue Volley. Take a bow! 5 shinning stars!!!!
