Welcome to Nocturne Falls, the town where Halloween is celebrated 365 days a year. The tourists think it’s all a show: the vampires, the werewolves, the witches, the occasional gargoyle flying through the sky. But the supernaturals populating the town know better. Living in Nocturne Falls means being yourself. Fangs and all.

After seeing her maybe-mobster boss murder a guy, Delaney James assumes a new identity and pretends to be a mail order bride. What she doesn’t know is her groom to be is a 400-year-old vampire.

Hugh Ellingham has only agreed to the set up to make his overbearing grandmother happy. His past means love is no longer an option. Except he never counted on Delaney and falling in love for real.
Too bad both of them are keeping some mighty big secrets…

***Gladys – NerdGirlOfficial’s  Review***
I am a huge fan of Kristen Painter and of course of the beautiful holiday Halloween. SO when I found out the book was about a town where Halloween is 365 days a year and the SUPERNATURAL just live among the people in the town, I just thought it was so awesome!! I want to jump into the book and snuggle in the creases of the pages. The book is light and fun and a much different than her previous novels of blood and gore, but don’t let that sway you from this book one bit! Her style and finesse is still beautifully executed and just as stunning. There are still VAMPIRES!!! Delaney and Hugh connect and may fall in love for REAL???? But will the truths of Nocturne Falls and the real DELANEY deflate their love? Eh?? Eh?? Kristen!! Squeal!! HAND Clap!! I tip my Nerd Girl hat to you again and again!!! When is the next one!?
