***Stephenee – #NerdGirlSteph’s  Review***
This novella was short and to the point and packed the punch of a full length novel.  The author was able to get all of the readers emotions going while reading this story and she needed less than 150 pages to do so.  Author Bree Pierce had plenty of angst, drama, tears and plot twists as the reader zoomed through this story.  She had the reader alternating between loving Hank and hating Hank all while wondering why not Harley?!? The banter between characters was realistic and I could picture some of the events/conversations actually taking place.

She did an amazing job with the character development as well as the twists and turns that she threw into the plot.  She was able to weave a lifelike, believable tale and she did it with the precision of an author who has been writing for years and years.  She takes real life events and has the reader on the edge of their seat wondering what next?!?!  The scenario was so real and so well described that after I finished the book I wondered what I would have done in that situation.  The only thing I didn’t love about this book was the end.  I wanted more – I wanted to know what happened next!  What did Valerie do? Will the relationship work? What about Holt? What about Hank?  Yep, all those questions and more….hopefully the author decides to do a sequel (hint, hint).

Make sure you add this book to your TBR list and add it quickly, this is a short, fun read that you don’t want to miss! This book is a great story for a warm, sunny afternoon –
