***Katie –  #NerdGirlKtLBLy’s  Review***
This is the third book in the series but you don’t have to read the previous two to understand this story. Aicee Colleen is a very successful sex change surgeon. After recommending one of her patients to the cosmetic company “Storyteller” the CEO, Howard Cooper, decides to partner up with her in a way that she can refer many of her old patients looking for work to his company, because they are always looking for new people for ideas, models, assistants, legal department, etc. After going to dinner to settle everything, they both realize they really enjoyed each other’s company. After being a little leery about getting back into the dating routine again they start spending more time together and start a relationship. After doing an interview for his company the journalist gives away a very big secret about Aicee’s past and Howard isn’t sure if he is able to handle it. But Howard isn’t perfect because he has a secret of his very own.
I really enjoyed this story. Because I’ve read the previous books in the series I already assumed what the twist was going to be, but it was actually more complex and shocking (in a good way) then I thought. They both seemed like good, genuine people and they didn’t just jump right into a relationship. They took it slow and got to know one another and then started dating which I thought worked very well.
