***THIS BOOK WAS GIVEN TO ME IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW***
Lachlan Meran is a high school student about to graduate and find his way in the world. He thinks his life is set on its course and all he has to do is make a few decisions to keep it on track. That is until a betrayal causes his life to take a different turn.
When his best friend Konnor is added to the equation, will Lachlan be forced to choose between his best friend and what could be the ultimate love of his life, his 1st boyfriend?
I loved the main characters, Lachlan and Cormag. The author did a fantastic job telling the story of a young man that recently discovers he is gay. The growth of their relationship was organic and on point.
The sexual scenes were nicely written. They were not over the top as with most romances, just placed there because they are supposed to be. They seemed natural, and the story didn’t revolve around them.
Because the sex is graphic, I should say that this book is for anyone 18+, but I am going to add that anyone questioning their sexuality, or deciding whether or not they want to share this part of them with their friends and family, should read this book. I think it will be a helpful companion.
Nicely done, Ms. White! I think you have found a new fan for life !
