When Alexis James arrives at her first assignment in months, she anticipates the danger and violence rife in her calling as a Lycan Hunter. What she doesn’t expect is a handsome, blue-eyed wolf saving her life and kidnapping her. Surrounded by the enemy, Alexis must not only survive her prisoners but the bonds of a different sort that begin to form against her will.
Mikko Kyran was chosen by the gods to lead his pack, and he has made it his mission to end the eight thousand years of war plaguing his people. The Alpha never suspected that the key to the prophecy ending the Forever War would be held by a smart-mouthed, sexy Hunter determined to kill him.
Can two people from different worlds set aside everything they know about one another long enough to survive retribution from the Hunters, the pack, and the gods? Or will their differences start a war that neither can win?

***Amanda – #NerdGirlWitch’s Review***
Wow! what an incredible read! Kelsey Jordan really knows how to do it! I really enjoyed this book. the characters were amazing, I really loved Ronan and Kyran’s relationship they were very close and near the end when Ronan broke down an cried on his brothers shoulder I couldn’t help but cry also. The story was brilliant!

Ronan was my favourite character, he was funny, brave, and smart and he kind of kept everyone from falling apart at times. you could tell that he did it not just for the pack but for himself because he was such a big softie that he needed them so much he couldn’t live without them.

All the Gods and Goddesses in this one were amazing! I had never heard of any of them before so it was hard at first to keep all of the names straight, but eventually you get a sense of who is who as time goes on and they are repeated over and over. I loved the story about how the lycans came into being I thought that was quite creative! and the prophecy to bring about the end of the war even more creative!

Kelsey Jordan is obviously a brilliant writer and can’t wait for the next one in this series to hit the shelves! if you haven’t read it yet do so now as it is a paranormal story that you will not want to miss!
