***Derek -#NerdGirlDad’s Review***
The synopsis tells enough of the tale to whet your appetite and, like me, I am sure you will keep reading to learn what happens as Haley finds a way to cope what happened to her as a teenager and even finds it possible to have a boyfriend (eventually.)
My reason for giving only four stars is that whilst the story line is clever and extremely well written you will several times when lost in the tale and identifying with Haley get distracted and think, ‘That wouldn’t have happened like that it real life.’ I make a point of not giving spoilers, so have given the author an example by e-mail.
Nevertheless I recommend ‘The Hobby’ and I will be reading the second novel of this clever new author when it is published
