Two men. One woman. It could ruin a friendship, or bring a satisfying twist to their lives. Artist, Jason Morgan, is used to making magic on the canvas. Now he hopes to do it in the bedroom.
After a failed gallery showing, Jason decides the best way to cure his creative block is to act on his own personal fantasy, and enter into a sexual relationship with his two best friends.
From the time they were in elementary school, Russell Sinclair has been a willing participant in Jason’s adventures, but this one goes to a new level. He’s intrigued by the idea of sharing one woman, but is challenged by how to fit this three-sided relationship into his traditional life.
Lauren Redmond is no stranger to fantasy. As the aesthetic sales rep to the top Beverly Hills dermatologists, she is responsible for the majority of puffed lips and filled wrinkles in the greater Los Angeles area. She detours from her steady, secure path when she is offered the opportunity to live the dream with the two men who have occupied her heart since college. The fantasy fast becomes a powerful reality, and Lauren must decide if she is willing to give up everything she has worked for to have a bit of temporary decadence.
Trifecta explores the boundaries of love, relationships and convention.

Nerd Girl Review by Kristen

    1 star1 star1 star1 star

Trifecta was a good book. The book starts out with the heroine of the book making a major decision about her life in response to a turbulent plane ride. This decision leads her to reevaluate her life and living situation. This is the point at which the book plot got a little too quick for my liking.

The two main hero’s of the book, Jason and Russell are best friends who have known the heroine, Lauren, for the majority of their lives. The guys decide that they have to have a relationship with Lauren or they will lose her forever. She knows this, they know this, but at no point does either party discuss this together. It’s like all of a sudden they are in a relationship and no one really said anything about it. This is a very hot book, the sex scenes were to my liking, not overdone and left very little to the imagination.

The complication at the end of the book was not as developed as I would have liked. That is one of the reasons this wasn’t a five star read for me. It was just a bit boring, nothing too interesting. It got the job done though. The only other part of the book that I would have liked to see expanded upon was the relationship between Jason and Russell. It would have made the book seem a little more real to have the guys interact with each other a little more in the bedroom instead of making everything about Lauren.

Over all the book was good, a solid four star read. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in menage style books as the relationship had a very real aspect to it.
