Let me start by saying generally I am not a fan of contemporary romance genre. I find the plot lines predictable and without something unique in the synopsis that catches my eye 9 times out of 10 I will pass …. unless of course you are one of my favorite authors.
That is what happened in this case. I LOVE Margaret Taylor’s writing and so with the promise from her that this wasn’t your everyday story I agreed to take a look and as usual she didn’t let me down.
A tale of twists and turns that hooks you right from the beginning. The only thing that stopped it from getting 5 stars were a couple of little errors that most people wouldn’t probably even pick up on ….. but I am picky … and I saw them.
If I had the option to give 4 1/2 stars that is what I would rate this. Contemporary Romance lovers will enjoy this but also people looking for a little drama, crime and mystery, with, of course, some hot bedroom action thrown in wouldn’t be disappointed either.
