**Review From Laura From The Nerd Girl Page ***
*This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review*
Jacob Greene is a millionaire who planned to spend the rest of his life with the woman he loved, but when Katherine was killed in a car accident he threw himself into work who no longer warm and kind but dark and angry.
Abigail Anderson is a school teacher and a single mum, she has raised her son alone with the help of her sister and kept everyone else at arm’s length. Jacob and Abigail find themselves in each other’s lives, but is the building attraction and love between them enough to pull them both out of the dark?
I liked this book, the characters had depth and were strong. The story progressed naturally for me, the author managed to make their relationship not feel rushed by having the story cover months of their life’s, not just a few days or two weeks. It made the bond between the two characters so much more believable.
I did find it predictable but the execution and the journey to the end was enjoyable which I prefer over a book where I can’t predict the end but the journey is long and a chore to get through.
I would definitely recommend this book to romance lovers, S. Moose knows what she is doing!
