**Review By Leah From The Nerd Girl Page**
*This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review*
I loved this book from the start! Rhuul on the other hand was harder to like in the beginning! He seems arrogant and egotistical even as he is being exiled from his homeland. Exiled to Akash, Rhuul automatically forges a contract with Ghena, a fiend who helps him find a place to stay. Immediately, he begins to have dreams of an exotic woman that is in dire need of his help! Even though he doesn’t know this woman he feels compelled to rescue her.
Avelea is captured by a tribe of pirates, after they stole a important relic from her tribe, she steals it back from them and hides it. As they torture her and bind the majority of her magic she struggles to reach out to someone who can save her before it’s to late. Avelea recognizes that Rhuul is her kan’na, or soul mate the one destined to make her whole.
Ora’s writing style is beautiful, she creates a beautiful and intriguing world where love transcends the different species and cultures in her world! The love scenes are steamy and HOT HOT HOT! The only thing I found to be frustrating with this book is that there are so many concepts and ideas that are new that it’s kind of hard to keep up! I also wish I could see sketches of the different species in this story. Ora describes them wonderfully but I had trouble picturing them in my head. All in all this is a great read, I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves a good fantasy romance.
