**Review By Laura From The Nerd Girl Page**
*This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review*
Liam and Katy were high school sweethearts, they stuck by each other and when Liam’s acting career took him to Hollywood Katy, now his wife, Katy follows. The glitz and the glamour took its toll though and Katy found herself choosing her happiness and walked away, leaving Liam to his career and his party life style. Four years later Katy and Warren haven’t spoken to each other or seen each other, she is in her final year of college and Liam Warren, the movie star ends up filming on her campus.
I enjoyed this, I did not love it. I was on holiday and it was a nice relaxing read. But it didn’t hook me and I think the main reason for my lack of excitement was the ease in which Katy forgives Liam. She’s spent four years hiding from him, now I didn’t want a will they won’t they story but I did want Katy to stand her ground a little. If she was so willing to be back with Liam then what was the last four years about? I wanted a little more fight in my female lead.
The book is an easy read and as I said if you’re on holiday it is relaxing, but the main character isn’t believable enough for me and I’m hoping I enjoy the second book, Disconnect, which is the same story but from Liam’s Point of View much more.
