***Review From Amy Conley For The Nerd Girl Page***
Amelia Hamilton’s life is more complicated and confusing than it’s ever been and it’s about to become much more complicated…
She’s still grieving for people she lost and struggles with ex-friends who can’t take no for an answer and still wants to be a part of her life as friends like it use to be. But she has to put all that on hold to deal with her present situation because Amelia has been offered a position within the IA. The time has come for her to make a difficult decision does she take the position or try to ignore everything going on around her and try to have a normal life like nothing ever happened???
Every one of these books took me to a whole new level than the last that I never thought possible and blows me away everytime they just get better and better with every book! Just when I think I may have the story figured out or the direction it’s headed *BAM* the author throws in more shocking surprises that I never seen coming or even expected sometimes I’m left balling my eyes out while others I’m left sitting with my jaw dropped in total amazement like “did that really just happen?”
There were a couple of intense moments with a few of the characters that had me holding my breath and holding myself together until I knew they were safe and I could breathe again. Obviously I’ve grown attached to them and don’t want anything to happen to them but a there’s a few new characters introduced to us in this new book that I wouldn’t mind strangling myself..One character in particular makes a return and you’ll never believe who it is and what their planning to do (yeah that’s one of those jaw dropping moments I told you about earlier!!)
After two books there’s still strong storylines, wicked awesome characters and so much adrenline and intensity it’ll have you gripping the edge of your seat until the very end!
