*This book was given to me by the author in exchange for an honest review.*
I love Milly! Snarky, crass and just my kind of woman. Milly is abandoned by her parents at a young age and raised by her Poppy. Milly grows up and marries a man who cheats and treats her badly. She can’t bring herself to leave him because he gave the mother she never had, Francis. Francis is just adorable, with her quest to make the epic potato salad and her funky clothes. Without giving too much detail, Francis passes away and leaves everything to Milly. This is when Milly really starts to live.
Starting over in Colorado, Milly meets true friends, finds true love and finds herself in the process. I absolutely adored this book. Milly lives life to the fullest. A truly fun and unique read.
